Last updated September 2026. Quilted Moon Studio ("we") is a hands-on DIY studio in Louisville, Kentucky.

What we collect

When you reserve a workshop we collect the parent or guardian's name, mobile number and email, the first names and ages of the children attending, and any allergy or special notes you choose to share. When you send an event inquiry we collect the contact details you enter.

How we use it

Only to run your booking: confirming your spot, checking you in, contacting you about changes, and keeping children safe during the session. Allergy notes are visible only to studio staff. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Children

We collect children's first names and ages from their parent or guardian only, never from the child directly, and we never publish them. Photos of children are shared on our website or social media only when a parent has given permission during booking, and we will remove any photo on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting the studio. Our booking pages use a cookie only to remember your booking lookup; no advertising cookies are set by us.
